Shipping destinations:

• We ship both locally AND worldwide! Shipping fees apply.

Shipping times:

• House of Baesics ships orders out the SAME day, as long as they are placed before 3 PM EST! Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. However, you should receive your baesic goodies within 3-5 working days!
• NOTE: Customized jewelry will ship within 3 weeks of your order. Due to the customization process, current USPS delays, and production time. We promise it is well worth the wait! 
• NOTE: Customized apparel will ship out same day or within 1-2 business days.

Shipping cost:

• Orders over $70 will receive FREE shipping.
• Orders $69 and under will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept MOST secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal! 

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars!

Baesically, your happiness is our TOP priority! While we do not offer refunds, we will always go above and beyond to make any issues right (but trust us, you're going to LOVE your items!). If your order came damaged or you received the incorrect items, we will be happy to send a replacement. For ALL damage/order concerns, please contact hey@houseofbaesics.com

• For any order discrepancies, include your order number, name and what's going on in the email- we will help you out!
  
• We are unfortunately not liable for any lost packages through UPS, USPS, or any other mail carrier. We will do our best to help, but you should work directly with your mail carrier for this (not so fun) situation.
• No refunds are permitted. We will go above and beyond to make your baesic experience the BEST it can be!

You scored a discount....YAY! Once you have added items to your cart, you will be able to add your code at the checkout page. Make sure you click "apply" to see all the money you're about to save! It's pretty baesic...but if you need any help using a discount code, feel free to DM us on Instagram (@houseofbaesics) or email customer service at houseofbaesics@gmail.com before placing your order! We are not able to add discount codes to your order AFTER you place it, so please reach out if you need assistance! Discount codes cannot be used retroactively or combined.
