United StatesThe product itself is beautiful, I love it, no complaints there. HOWEVER, the time it took to get it was AWFUL, especially when I was told a specific timeframe. It came at least 2-3 weeks later than it should’ve, and I needed it for something specific. And I reached out at least 3 times about the order and literally NO ONE said ANYTHING, NO UPDATES, NO NOTHING!!!! I would’ve rated it 1 star, but like I said, I actually love the necklace! I probably won’t be ordering from them ever again.
