My order of 6 bracelets was never fulfilled. Very disappointed as this is my third time ordering from this shop. I attempted contacting the shop via website message, email, and Insta dm - none of which were responded to. Now I have to dispute this charge through my credit card company.

Hi, I tried to send a message about this item. I ordered it a couple months ago and it took a very long time to come. During that time I ended up moving it looks like the bracelet was delivered to my old address, which I don’t have access to. I was hoping a replacement could be since my new address, which is as follows - 20-63 48th street 2F Astoria NY 11105

I was so excited to order this and have it finally be delivered. I loved it as soon as I opened it. I am very disappointed that it did not hold up better to tarnishing. I was very careful and took it off during any washing to avoid water. Still only lasted about two weeks. Looks a bit sad now.
